Unable to log in or create an account
If you are having trouble logging in or creating an account, please try turning off any adblocker or VPN services before logging in. These services can be turned back on once log in is complete. We are currently working on a resolution for this behavior.
If this doesn’t fix the issue, please contact support at feedback@ground.news with more details and screenshots of the problem.
Google Sign-In Stuck on Loading Screen?
We’re aware of a separate issue that recently affected some readers using the Ground News Android app to sign in with Google. While a fix has been included in version 4.20.0 of the app, the issue may persist for a small number of app readers.
If you find yourself stuck on a continuous loading or spinning screen during Google Sign-In, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app as a first step.
If the issue persists after reinstalling, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at feedback@ground.news . We’ll be happy to help by setting you up with a temporary password so you can access your account in the meantime.
