Unable to log in or create an account

If you are having trouble logging in or creating an account, please try turning off any adblocker or VPN services before logging in. These services can be turned back on once log in is complete. We are currently working on a resolution for this behavior.

If this doesn’t fix the issue, please contact support at feedback@ground.news with more details and screenshots of the problem.

We're currently investigating an issue affecting some readers where attempting to log in using Google Sign-in results in an error message that says, "Invalid Login."

If you encounter this issue, you can still access your account by contacting our team at feedback@ground.news . Our support team will help set up a temporary password so you can sign into your account with the standard email and password sign-in method.

This will allow you to continue accessing your account while we work on a permanent fix.
