How to Update Your Payment Method

You can update your Ground News subscription payment method by following the steps below. These steps can vary depending on where you purchased your subscription, so we kindly encourage you to review the instructions for the specific provider you used to purchase your subscription.

Forgot where you purchased your Ground News subscription? Visit your account page to confirm. You can also contact our team at subscriptions@ground.news or +1 (866) 471-9181, and we'd be happy to support you.

If you purchased your subscription through Stripe, you'll need to update your payment information directly on your Ground News account page.

Step 1

Visit your Ground News account page and navigate to Subscription.

Step 2

Select Edit to enter your updated billing information, and tap Save to confirm your changes.

If you're encountering any difficulty with updating your payment method, kindly reach out to our team at subscriptions@ground.news or +1 (866) 471-9181, and we'd be happy to share a Stripe payment update link with you. We can send this link directly to the email address we have on file for you, just ask.

If you purchased your subscription through PayPal, you'll need to update your payment information directly through PayPal's website or app.

Step 1

Directly sign in to your PayPal account on the web to access your payment details, or launch the PayPal app and tap Menu.

Step 2

Navigate to Settings and select Payments on the web or select Subscriptions or Linked Businesses on the app.

Step 3

Navigate to Subscriptions and saved businesses and select the merchant: Snapwise Inc. Your Ground News subscription is under our company name, Snapwise Inc. 

Step 4

Select your current payment method, then choose a new payment method or select Link a new card or bank. Tap Save to confirm your changes.

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, you'll need to update your payment information through your Apple device.

Step 1

Launch the Settings app on your device and tap your name.

Step 2

Select Payment & Shipping. You may be asked to sign in to your Apple Account.

Step 3

Select the existing payment method you want to update, then tap Edit.

Step 4

Enter your updated billing information and tap Done to save your changes.

If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, you'll need to update your payment information through the Google Play Store.

Step 1

Launch the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

Step 2

Tap your profile icon, then select Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods → More payment settings. You may be asked to sign in to your Google Play Store Account.

Step 3

Find the payment method you want to update and select Edit.

Step 4

Enter your updated billing information and tap Update to save your changes.
