How to upgrade your subscription
Upgrading your subscription on Ground News is a simple process that can be done through both the website and the mobile app. This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure a smooth upgrade experience according to your original method of payment.
Upgrading Through the Website
Visit our website: https://ground.news/login
Login to your account using your credentials.
Navigate to "My Account" on the top-right corner of the page.
Select "Subscription" and then "Manage".
You will see the "Upgrade Your Subscription Here" option to choose a higher tier. This will redirect you to our webpage to upgrade.
If you use the mobile app, but purchased the subscription directly from Ground News, please navigate to the website's account page to upgrade your subscription.
Upgrading Through the Google Play Store or App Store
Google Play Store
Launch the Google Play Store on your device and tap on your "Profile".
Select "Manage Account".
Then choose "View Subscription Options". From there you will be given the option to update your subscription to a higher tier.
App Store
Launch the App Store and tap on the "My Account" button or your profile picture. This is located at the top right side of your device. Note: You will have to be signed in with your Apple ID.
Select "Subscriptions" and then "Ground News".
Then choose "See all plans" highlighted in blue. From there you can select the subscription tier that best suits your needs.

Price Difference
Please note that Google Play Store, App Store, and Stripe transactions will automatically pro-rate the upgrade. However, for purchases made through PayPal, our team will need to intervene manually.
