Help, I can't reset my password
This often happens if you originally signed up via a Social Login Method. The login methods we provide are Google, Facebook, and Apple. In this case, please try signing in via the Social login.
For Gmail accounts: If you're using a Gmail (Google email) to log into Ground News and you're unable to reset your password, you may need to use the google authenticator to log in.
You can find the option to "Continue with Google" when you're logging in, and there you'll enter in your gmail email and its associated password.
For Apple ID accounts: If you're using an Apple ID to log into Ground News and you're unable to reset your password, you may need to use the "Sign in via Apple ID" option.
You can find the option to "Continue with Apple ID" when you're logging in.
I am not using either Gmail or Apple ID, but I am still not receiving the reset email
Sometimes the security settings on your email inbox prevent the password reset email coming through. Remember to check your spam/junk folders first, but if it is still not there, consider whitelisting firstname.lastname@example.org as an approved sender.
