How to cancel your Ground News subscription
We're sad to see you go.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where your subscription was originally purchased.
For purchases via the Apple App Store: Apple App Store subscription management instructions
For purchases made via the Google Play Store: Google Play Store subscription management instructions.
For purchases made directly via the Ground.News website: Please visit your Ground News account page on the Ground News website and click the "Manage Subscription" button. You can also reach out to our team directly, at feedback@ground.news.
For purchases made with Paypal: In your PayPal account, view and manage your Subscription profile by:
Log in to the PayPal account. Go to "Account Settings".
Under Payment Preferences, click the "Manage Automatic Payments" link. You can also directly go to the AutoPay link using "https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/connect".
Here you can view their existing Subscription profile details. They can cancel the Subscription by clicking the "cancel" link.
Notes:
You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the renewal of the subscription term to avoid additional charges.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the features you’ve paid for for the remainder of your subscription period.
Not finding the "Manage Subscription" button on your Ground News account? If you are hoping to cancel, upgrade, or otherwise manage an existing subscription, but the "Manage Subscription" button is missing, you could be logged into the wrong account.
Please ensure that you are signed into Ground News with the same account that you purchased your subscription with. If you are not signed in to your paid account, you will notice that your subscription status says "Free" and the email address will be different than the one you subscribed with. In this situation, please sign out of your account and sign into the account that you subscribed with.
Not sure where you first purchased your subscription? Your original purchase information can be found on your Ground News Account, as well as the original product receipt (delivered via email, upon purchase). Our support team can also help you if you have any questions about where you first bought your subscription.
