Edited

GAIA is Ground News' Article Assistant. Designed to help readers dive deeper into the details of any story effortlessly, this beta feature prompts you with quick questions to learn more about the story you're reading. This innovative feature makes it easier to explore key elements of news stories and gain a comprehensive understanding at a glance.

How Does GAIA Work?

  • GAIA (Ground News AI Assistant) is based on AI-assisted analysis of all the articles linked on a story’s page and is copyrighted by Ground News.

  • GAIA helps you quickly grasp the context and key details without needing to read the entire article. It provides a summary of key elements, highlighting major takeaways, people involved, locations, and timelines, ensuring a comprehensive yet concise overview.

If you haven’t tried GAIA yet, you can see it in action on this story.

GAIA is currently available on the Ground News website, but it can also be accessed via the mobile website. GAIA is not yet available on the Ground News mobile apps.
