My News Feed Isn't Loading
If your Ground News feed isn’t loading, it may be caused by network issues, browser settings, or apps that interfere with the page. This can sometimes occur when using a VPN, ad blocker, or a weak internet connection.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
How to Fix the Issue
Disable VPN or Ad Blocker
If you are using a VPN or ad blocker, it may prevent your feed from loading correctly.
Temporarily disable your VPN or ad blocker
Reload the page or refresh the app
Check if your newsfeed loads
You can turn the VPN or ad blocker back on after the page loads if needed.
Switch to a Stronger Network
A weak internet connection may prevent stories from loading.
Temporarily disconnect from your current Wi-Fi network
Reconnect to your Wi-Fi network or connect to a stronger network
Reload the page or reopen the app
Reinstall the Mobile App
If you're using the mobile app and your feed still isn’t loading:
Uninstall the Ground News app from your device
Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play Store
Launch the app again and check if your feed loads
