How to use OverDrive/Libby for institutional access to Ground News

Ground News is available as an extra for educational institutions through the OverDrive/Libby platform. This is the exclusive way for your library institution to gain institutional access to Ground News and we're here to help you navigate the activation and setup process.

Below you'll find a step-by-step guide on how to help your educators and students access the additional features of Ground News:

Download or Open the Libby App: Visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your device and download the Libby app, or access it via the Libby Website. If you already have Libby installed, ensure it's up to date for the best experience.
Log In With Your Library Card: Use your existing library card credentials to sign in to the app or website. If you're unsure of your credentials, please contact your library's support team.
Locate Ground News Extra: Navigate through the app's menu or search bar to find the extra services offered by your library.
Access Ground News: After locating Ground News, follow the link on your screen provided to activate your institutional access
